When will I receive my ring after completing my order?

You can expect to receive your ring between 2 and 4 weeks after placing your order. Custom orders and orders during the hollday season (Oct. - Jan.) tend to take longer to ship because of the high volume.

Rings are shipped with either Federal Express or UPS. When your ring is shipped, we'll notify you by email with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

If your order is time sensitive and you need delivery within 2 weeks, like for a wedding or anniversary, please contact us at 800-367-8350 or send us an inquiry before placing your order and we will find out if your order can be expedited.

How do I determine my ring size?

Besides choosing your ring, the next most important detail is knowing your correct ring size. You can visit a few jewelers at your local mall and they will measure your ring size for free. It's best to visit a couple different jewelry stores because there isn't a true standard for measuring.

Another way, especially if you know which ring you want, is to go ahead and order it online and then request a ring sizing kit from us. We'll send it by First Class Mail so you get it quickly and can confirm your actual ring size. Once we get the information we'll complete your order.

Can I get engraving?

Presently, only rings from Titanium Rings Studio can be engraved at the time of your order. If you purchase an Edward Mirell ring you'll need to have it engraved locally. If you're considering a ring from TI Rings Studio go here for engraving details

Can I order matching rings?

Just add the ring twice to your shopping cart and indicate the correct ring width and size for the 2nd ring within the comment box when you check out and complete your order.

Although our site specializes in Men's Rings we understand spouses sometimes want wedding rings to match. If you have questions about ordering matching rings, feel free to contact us at 800-930-8350.

How is my ring shipped?

Rings are shipped using Federal Express UPS or USPS. When you ring has shipped we'll send the tracking number to you via email.

What if I need overnight shipping?

We offer additional shipping options you can choose during the checkout process. Please keep in mind if you choose one of the options it does not change the time required to custom make your ring. It just means when the ring is shipped you can elect to have it shipped faster:

Can I order a ring if I don't know my ring size?

Yes! You can order your ring and during the checkout process you can request a free ring sizing kit. We'll ship a ring sizing kit to you and once you've confirmed your ring size we'll complete your order. This is an excellent way for making sure you get a ring that fits.

For example, let's say you've found the ring you want but you're not exactly certain of your ring size. Go ahead and purchase the ring and during the checkout process you'll be able to add a ring sizing kit. When we receive your order and see that you've requested the kit, we will not forward your order to the designer. Instead, we'll ship you the kit and once you receive it and tell us the accurate ring size then we'll forward your order to the designer so they can make your ring.

Typically, we mail the ring sizing kit the same business day or next day via First Class US Mail. You will receive the kit within a few days and then contact us with your correct ring size. We highly recommend this process so you have an enjoyable buying experience with our store.

What if I buy a ring and it doesn't fit?

Our policies for returns and exchanges depends upon the designer of your ring.

Edward Mirell

If you ordered an Edward Mirell ring and it doesn't fit, you have 21 days from the original date of shipment to exchange the ring for a new size for only the cost of shipping and handling. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to Edward Mirell without contacting us.

Ring for Life Program 

If you ordered an Edward Mirell ring and after a few years your ring size fluctuates you do not have to purchase a new ring. The Ring for Life Program means you can exchange your ring for a new one for only $35 plus S&H. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to Edward Mirell without contacting us.

Refurbishing

Edward Mirell will refurbish your ring each time for $10 plus S&H. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to Edward Mirell without contacting us.

Titanium Rings Studio

If you ordered a TI Rings Studio ring, it includes a 30-day money back guarantee. If you feel you have received the wrong ring or it does not represent the picture of the ring ordered you can get 100% of your money returned. This refund does not apply to rings that have been mis-sized due to customer error and there is a 20% restocking fee on any rings with an engraving. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to TI Rings Studio without contacting us.

Rings with stone settings are NOT REFUNDABLE.

Design Flaw Replacement

TI Rings Studio rings are guaranteed for life. If a design should ever fail, it will be replaced at no charge to you. Any error on the designer's part will be corrected at no charge to you including shipping and handling. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to TI Rings Studio without contacting us.

Not as Pictured

If you receive a TI Rings Studio ring that does not look like the ring pictured on our site, you may return or exchange it. Please keep in mind rings that show wear or that has been damaged in any way while in your possession will not be accepted. Also, remember that changing the width on some styles considerably alters the appearance of the ring. If this is the case, you need to contact us immediately so we can issue a Return Authorization Number. At that time we will provide shipping instructions. Please do not ship your ring to TI Rings Studio without contacting us.

Mis-sizing

Any ring that was mis-sized due to customer error or local jeweler error will not be handled by this policy. Customers are responsible for sizing. All ordered rings are sized to your exact specifications. Please take your time with sizing. When in doubt, ORDER A RING SIZER from us. If the mis-sized ring is our mistake, we will be happy to make corrections at no cost to you.

30 Day Warranty Specifications

  • All returns or alterations must be ordered within 30 days of delivery.
  • Please be aware that any rings returned that have been altered in any way by the customer will not be accepted. We are happy to exchange or refund any rings returned in original condition.
  • For rings with engravings, there will be a 20% restocking fee.
  • This warranty does not cover stone sets or custom designs.
  • When returning a ring, please contact ElegantMensRings.com. Do not ship directly to TI Rings Studio until you have received the correct shipping instructions. When shipping please use appropriate packaging (box) and ship insured for full value and in good condition. Be sure to include contact information with a note indicating your wishes.
  • All stone set and inlayed rings are shipped to you in excellent condition. We can not be held responsible for any mistreatment of the titanium ring, inlayed material, or inset stone following delivery to the customer. This warranty is void if there is evidence of unusual or abusive treatment of the ring. PLEASE NOTE: The prong settings are high quality and includes a 12 month guarantee. If the setting fails following that year, we will work with you to replace the setting for a fee that covers the cost of shipping and materials.
  • Any stone set rings ordered without the stones are not returnable
  • Since we cannot resize our rings to be smaller we will remake your ring at 45% of the original cost of the ring. This is only valid for 30 days after delivery.
