We ship within the USA for free - a $38 savings! When your order is ready for shipment we use either Fedex, UPS or USPS.


Please insure you order the correct ring size. Although we offer FREE Size Exchange, the purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs to and from the jeweler. We recommend that if you are unsure of the correct ring size to request a FREE Ring Sizer kit.


International orders are shipped for an additional $38USD fee and we will confirm your order by telephone prior to shipment. Additionally, we may request a copy of your credit card to be faxed to us to confirm your identity so we are protected against fraud, otherwise, you may use Western Union for payment. Please watch your email inbox for instructions after you complete your order.


Edward Mirell ring orders are shipped between 2 - 4 weeks, except during the holiday season (Oct. - Jan.) orders ship at 4 weeks. If you need your order expedited, please contact us or call 888-596-9820 and we'll determine how quickly we can process your order. Benchmark ring orders ship within 2 - 3 business days.


  • Tracking numbers: Tracking information will be sent to the e-mail address that was given with the order.
  • Insured shipping: All of our packages are shipped insured and require a signature.  
  • International shipping: $38USD Customers are responsible for duties charged by customs in their respective country. 


NOTE: Please make sure that you enter your address correctly. We must charge you for additional shipping if we have to re-ship an item due to an address error.


P.O. Boxes: We strongly recommend using a physical address since FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes


Free Size Exchange Guaranteed

If you receive a ring that does not fit properly, you can send the ring back within 30 days from the day that you received it for a free size exchange. Please note: Benchmark Rings that are engraved are not returnable since they cannot be resold. Many customers will order his or her ring without engraving so if the ring does not fit it can be returned for a correct size and then request engraving OR if they order the ring without engraving and it fits they take it to a local jeweler for engraving. Additionally, the shipping cost to and from the jeweler is your responsibility.

Please contact us if you need to exchange your ring so we can issue a Return Authorization Code and provide specific shipping instructions.

If your ring doesn't fit after 30 days of receipt use the Ring for Life Program.

Ring Sizing Guaranteed (Ring for Life Program)

We know when you purchase a titanium ring or wedding band you want to wear it for life. And you can rest assured if you ever find your titanium ring to be either too large or small because of fluctuation in your ring size you can return it for a replacement instead of having to buy a new ring.

This Lifetime Sizing Policy protects your investment and the joy that comes from wearing it. Just keep a copy of your invoice in a safe location and contact us if you need a replacement and we'll provide shipping instructions.

The exchange fee is $49 plus $10 for shipping and handling. Payment is due at the time of exchange. We'll provide the replacement promptly. Please Note: Benchmark Engraved Rings are exempt from this policy.

Your titanium ring is guaranteed for life! If a piece should EVER fail structurally, it will be replaced at no charge to you. We warranty diamond settings for life on all titanium jewelry up to .35ct. Make sure to keep a copy of your invoice to take advantage of this guarantee.
